Visionary Art Inspiration:
 
To celebrate my 44th birthday, I planted a cutting of a rare orchid, a Hoya carnosa—a plant with porcelain-like flowers that bloom into bouquets shaped like tiny white stars!
 
I put one cutting straight into the soil, and left another to grow in water for a whole year before planting it. I wanted to witness the process of the living. During our inner transformation processes, we cannot see that something is growing, because it is often invisible at first, before taking shape in physical reality.
 
It is a living process. Just because you cannot see external results yet does not mean nothing is happening, that nothing is transforming, or that you are not in a process of growth. It doesn't mean you should stop what you are doing because it seems to yield no results...
 
On the contrary, it might be the very sign that you need to continue and commit to the next level. Just like a plant, the process happens first in your roots, in your foundations, in the energy. Because you will have anchored your roots deep down, you will start producing leaves, and then, at the perfect moment, the blossoming will occur in physical reality.
 
The Hoya carnosa orchid from which I took those two cuttings took 7 years before giving its first flowers. What would have happened if we had chosen to stop giving this plant all the nutrients it needed to bloom? We would have missed out on a unique, spectacular phenomenon! We would never have encountered this blossoming, with its sublime aesthetic beauty and unique fragrance. It is exactly the same for your relationship, your creative project, your new home... Keep doing what you are doing; you have never been closer to the blossoming, to the encounter, to that spectacular and extraordinary "something" you have been preparing for for years. PERSIST... and do not give up this time. It is truly worth pushing forward.
 
The Plant Kingdom is an artwork that transmits a true initiation of the depths—one that invites us to cultivate our roots, tending to the sensitive, the invisible, and the energetic so that it may transform physical matter, the concrete, your reality. In a society where everything is handed to us, where everything must go fast, we have forgotten that all transformation takes time—the time of the living. This piece teaches us to find the perfect balance between Persisting and Surrendering, so we do not abort our projects just before they are ready to come into the world. On the contrary, it initiates us to go all the way, from conception to full realization, by offering us all the necessary resources to overcome any obstacles that might stand in our way.
