I dive, I sink into the deepest depths of myself. I feel a black hole, as if immersing myself into a cosmic void. Whom will I see on the other side? With knots of fear in my stomach, I go anyway... I cannot project myself. I can only be here and now, for otherwise, I risk halting my progress, frozen by the fear that assails me. The unknown... I desire it, yet it terrifies me... Who will I be on the other side? Where will I experience my existence? Will it live up to what I desire? What if I do not like it? What if I am wrong... I let the flood of thoughts drift by... I do not dwell on them... I let them be and pass through me... then I settle myself right here... I surrender to that part within which knows... yes, that space which hears the call of its depths to step forward into the unfamiliar. Trusting, I abandon myself to it. I know that everything will be possible. I know that the best will fall into place. I know that nothing will ever be the same again; that in this holy passage (pas sage), I will leave behind everything I no longer am, everything I no longer desire to be... and I will be entirely brand new... I will be as I have always wanted to be, as I have always known how to be. I will be who I profoundly am... and so, in blind trust, I move forward and let myself be carried by the currents of life. I no longer fight against it. I let myself be shaped by it. I let myself be guided by it. We move forward together into the heart of this birthing canal... I pass through... I perish... I am reborn... I am this spark of life. I am not dead... I am reborn to all my realities... I am experiencing one passage among many... life... death... everything meets within me... a transition occurs... me, alongside them... the mothers, the grandmothers... they are here, present, supporting this new crossing... everything is reborn, we are reborn together... each within our own realities... where life and death embrace... where love embraces... I am reborn, I celebrate us... I am in total celebration of life. I celebrate life and I say yes to it.
