Breathe deeply and intensely to move the energy all the way from your sacrum up to the pineal gland. Let the energy carve its own path. Step out of survival mode and dare to truly live!
 
Origins connects me to a profound mystical experience that liberated me from deep, unexpressed emotions that had been lodged inside my sacrum. A raw intensity arose from my base. All of my energetic bodies were vibrating with immense force. Finally, I accepted to let go of the persona, dissolving entirely into the blackness. Right there, something released. I began to cry an ancient, archaic emotion, and then suddenly exploded into uncontrollable laughter—a laughter that liberated everything from the root to the heart space, forcing its way up to the center of the head. It was pure ECSTASY. Within this experience, I pulled others along with me, sharing the exact same breakthrough in a wild celebration of life.
 
To meditate with Origins is to dive straight into your cellular memory and your sexual energy—your Kundalini—which holds these unexpressed emotions, and to offer it a sacred space to unleash itself in an ecstatic experience. It is also a journey to meet the mystic within you, providing a safe container for that part of your being to fully exist.
