At the beginning of my creative entrepreneurship path, I used to practice a manifesting ritual every month and every week. I was setting myself impossible objectives to reach, which pushed me to several burnouts and made me feel that I didn't have what it takes to be an entrepreneur and make a living from who I truly am.
It took me years to realize that this old ritual wasn't guided by the heart—by what felt good—but by obligation, scarcity, anxiety, from a highly stressed nervous system, from lack, and from the feeling of not being enough. From a contracted energy.
I then navigated several years of deep "stripping away" as an entrepreneur, letting go of control, pressure, and performance, to finally lead from Presence, Pleasure, and Aliveness. From an expansive energy.

You already know that to have a full orgasmic experience, you need to be in a relaxed nervous system; you need to be in a kind of openness to let yourself receive the pleasure and beyond.

✨ The Birth of the Orgasmic Ritual
Last September, I felt the calling to create a new ritual—from a totally new inner space. A space not designed to control, track numbers, or plan my entire business and life, but to tap into what will feel good, what will turn me on, where i feel deeply ALIVE and where I could express more of who I truly am.
I started looking outside, but nothing truly matched the frequency I wanted to bring into my work. As always in my path: when I don't find what I'm looking for outside, I know that I have to create it. This is exactly what I created: The Orgasmic Living Ritual—a creative ritual to align my art, my business, and my sexuality to their highest expression, pleasure and aliveness.

Each first of the month, I create a sacred space for myself around three simple and powerful questions. I reflect on the past month to ground myself and receive guidance on what's next: What I desire to create for the upcoming month!
Then, I enter a simple creative process to receive and capture the energy of the coming month. This process gives me clues on where to focus my energy, what actions are required of me, what projects to lead, put on hold, or create, etc. This is the mapping of the month. You get the picture. This is like the mapping of the month. Imagine you have an oracle deck, asking it to give you a reading for the month. This is exactly what we are creating. However, there is no oracle deck: you are the ORACLE, and what you create through your creative expression will be the deck.
I then enter a sound journey to amplify the energy and open up to new possibilities.
